BACKGROUND
The client, a renowned nightlife spot, had been operating for seven years before undergoing a major rebrand in June 2018. The goal was to appeal to younger, higher-end customer groups and stand out in Vietnam's rapidly growing hospitality scene.
METHOD
We were involved in every aspect of the rebrand to ensure its success. Together, we refined the client's value proposition and positioning, crafting compelling marketing plans. We curated new products, services, and exclusive events with international DJs to enhance the upscale experience.
This pivotal project introduced Blanchy’s to the digital age, transforming their marketing approach. We developed a new online presence and launched targeted digital marketing campaigns, promoting their new brand identity and a series of opening events, effectively reaching and converting new audience segments.
RESULTS
The result was a substantial increase in monthly revenue, exceeding 5 times the pre-rebrand figures, achieving a MROI of 8.5. In just four months, our collaboration repositioned Blanchy’s as a premier entertainment destination. Over a year-long consultancy, we equipped Blanchy’s team with a robust digital marketing foundation, paving the way for sustained growth and continued success.
