In 2019, Elite Dental Group faced a significant challenge: their in-house team lacked digital marketing expertise, relying heavily on word-of-mouth, events, and public relations. The latter two channels were not only costly but also ineffective. Elite Dental Group needed a transformative digital strategy and comprehensive team training to boost business growth.

METHOD

We immersed ourselves with the client's in-house team, equipping them with cutting-edge digital marketing knowledge and tools. Our approach involved designing a high-impact marketing strategy centred on performance marketing, ensuring every dollar spent drove measurable results. We strategically expanded the client’s reach by targeting expats in Vietnam and Vietnamese/ foreigners abroad, thereby maximising the client’s budget for optimal growth.

RESULTS

Our digital initiatives revolutionised their customer acquisition approach, bringing in new and diverse customer segments. Digital channels swiftly rose to become the second-largest revenue driver, only behind word-of-mouth, with an MROI exceeding 10.
